1. What types of events can I use the boardroom for?


Our boardroom is ideal for business meetings, networking events, training sessions, interviews, workshops, and strategy days.

2. What are your opening hours for boardroom hire?


The boardroom is available for hire Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Evening and weekend bookings may be available on request.

​

3. Where is the boardroom located?


1 Ebor Street, Littleborough, Greater Manchester, OL15 9AS.

​​

Easily accessible by public transport and nearby parking options are available. 20 minute train from Manchester Victoria and we are a 4 minute walk from Littleborough train station.

Facilities and Amenities

​

4. What facilities are included in the hire?


The boardroom includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a large presentation screen, video conferencing equipment, whiteboard/flipchart, tea/coffee station and access to a fully furnished kitchen. Please see our facilities page for more information.

5. How many people does the boardroom accommodate?

​

Our boardroom offers a flexible layout to suit a variety of events. For roundtable-style meetings, we can comfortably seat up to 12 people around the large central table. For workshops, presentations, or alternative setups, we can arrange additional tables and seating to meet your needs. For networking-style events, we can clear or reposition tables to accommodate up to 40 standing guests.

If you have specific layout preferences or capacity questions, feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to tailor the space to suit your event.

6. Is catering available?


Yes, we can offer a range of catering options including breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments. Menus can be provided upon request.

7. Can we bring our own food or refreshments?


Yes, external catering is permitted. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing your own.

Technology and Support

​

8. Do you provide technical support?


Yes, our on-site team can assist with setup and basic tech support to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

​

9. Is there video conferencing equipment?


Yes, the room is equipped with HD video conferencing technology suitable for hybrid meetings and remote attendees.

Booking and Payment

​

10. How do I book the boardroom?


Bookings can be made via submitting the form on our contact page, a member of team will then follow up by email or over the phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

​

11. What is the pricing structure?


We offer hourly, half-day and full-day rates. Discounts may be available for recurring bookings or community organisations. Please see our pricing structure below:

Full day hire : £200

Half day hire : £100

Hourly hire : Available on request

​

12. What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit/debit cards, BACS transfers, and company invoicing (subject to approval).

​

13. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?


Yes, cancellations or changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. Later changes may incur a fee.

​

Accessibility and Extras

​

14. Is the boardroom accessible?


Please note: There is one small step at the front entrance. If you require step-free access, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

​

15. Can I brand the boardroom for my event?


Yes, you’re welcome to bring branded materials or banners. Let us know in advance and we can assist with setup.
